You may ask… What is a hairwrap?
A hairwrap is a beautiful and fun accessory of self expression that displays your alternative side.
It is not a hair extension; a hairwrap is made using colourful threads to wrap around a sectioned braid of your own hair, and trinkets and gemstones can be added to the threads.

How long does it take to do?
Premade wraps take about 30mins to install, in which the first 2.5 inches of hair is wrapped leading into the premade hairwrap.
Wrapping the braided hair all the way down takes about 2 hours. They will last the same amount of time.

How long does it last?
Hairwraps last over 6 months -some over a year and some even longer!- it depends on how you care for it. It can also be woven in temporarily, say, for a weekend. A hairclip can also be provided to clip it in and out. Basically it’s in until you wear it out!
As the hair grows out it forms a neat dreadlock that can either just be maintained to keep the root strong, or it can be wrapped again using the threads.

How do I wash my hair with a hairwrap?
There is nothing you need to do or worry about when washing your hair with a wrap. Just try not to go to bed with it wet often.

Does it damage my hair?
No

Hairwraps can also be looped onto a dreadlock or braid extension.
