| Preparation | Infusion: Pour 1.5 cups of boiling water over 2 teaspoons of herbs, cover and steep for 5-10 minutes. Strain and enjoy up to 2–3 times per day. Hot compress: Put 2-3 teaspoons of herbs into a facecloth, wrap and dip into ½ a cup of boiling water for 5 minutes. Allow to cool enough not to burn the skin, squeeze excess water from the facecloth and apply to affected area. |
