| Preparation | Pour 1 cup of boiling water over 2 heaped teaspoons of Rosehips. Cover and infuse for 10-15 mins and strain. Sweeten with honey or a sweet herb if desired. Drink warm before bed for maximum effectiveness. Hot compress: Put 1-2 teaspoons of Rosehips into a facecloth, wrap and dip into ½ a cup of boiling water for 5 minutes. Allow to cool enough not to burn the skin, squeeze excess water from the facecloth and apply to affected area. |
