External Uses Filter into a hot bath
Other Use in soap, cream and candle making. Honeybush is caffeine free
Preparation Pour 1 cup of boiling water over 1 teaspoon of herb. Cover and infuse for 5-10 mins. Strain and drink 2-3 times per day.
Hot compress: Put 1-2 teaspoons of herb into a
facecloth, wrap and dip into ½ a cup of boiling water for 5 minutes. Allow to cool enough not to burn the skin, squeeze excess water from the facecloth and apply to affected area.
